Are you a year-around center? Will you close during summer?
We're a year around center. We only close on national holidays and some scheduled days for teacher development and seasonal cleaning. Contact us for our Full Academic schedule for 2022-2023 school year.

Are Meals provided? Is snack provided?
Malvern Academy Provides two snacks a day Am and Pm Breakfast and Lunch are to be packed and sent each day with your child

Do you require a deposit?
No. We do not require a deposit.

Is there any vacation credit?
We do give one week of vacation credit per school year (Sep - Aug)

Is there a registration fee?
Yes. We do charge an annual registration fee of $100 per child or $150 per family
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept electronic payments through credit card or ACH. None of your financial information will be required or stored by us.

When is Tuition Due ?
Tuition is billed on a weekly basis. Tuition is due each Friday morning by 9am. Tuition can only be a week ahead and never a week behind.
